Malaxy Bow Nuts, also known as lifting bow nuts or bow-shaped nuts, are specialized internally threaded fasteners designed for straight lifting, restraint, and hinge-type fastening applications. Functionally similar to eye nuts, bow nuts are suitable for vertical lifting and load handling, making them an essential component in marine, shipbuilding, construction, industrial rigging, and heavy machinery assembly.
Our bow nuts are manufactured to international standards including DIN 80704 and BS 3974 Part 1 (1974) , ensuring dimensional accuracy, consistent quality, and full compliance with global engineering requirements.

Drop Forged Construction: Produced via precision drop forging process for superior strength, structural integrity, and uniform grain flow. Hot-working hardness can reach property classes up to 6.8, 8.8, 9.8, 10.9, and 12.9.
SWL Markings: Safe Working Load is forged on the side of each unit for clear guidance and safety compliance. Warning: Never exceed the rated SWL—ensure eyebolt and thread compatibility before use.
Wide Size Range: Available in metric sizes from M6 to M42, covering M6, M8, M10, M12, M14, M16, M18, M20, M22, M24, M30, M36, and M42.
High-Strength Materials:
Carbon Steel (high tensile, rust-resistant)
Stainless Steel A2 (304) / A4 (316) – marine grade, excellent corrosion resistance
