MALAXY EPDM Umbrella Washer, EPDM Roofing Washer and EPDM Bowl Washer are designed to create a reliable waterproof seal between the fastener and the roofing surface. The EPDM rubber sealing layer offers excellent weather resistance, UV resistance and water sealing performance, while the metal backing provides strength and stability.
Available with carbon steel, stainless steel 304 or stainless steel 316, MALAXY EPDM bonded washers can be supplied with zinc plated, galvanized, hot-dip galvanized, Dacromet, mechanical galvanized or Ruspert finishes. Common sizes are available for #8, #10, #12 and #14 roofing screws, as well as 4.2, 4.8, 5.5 and 6.3 mm screws.
They are widely used for metal roofing, steel sheets, wall cladding, sandwich panels, outdoor construction and self-drilling screw applications. Bulk packing, customized packaging, OEM and customer-specific sizes are available.
