Plain Washer / Flat Washer – A thin, flat circular disc with a center hole, designed to distribute the load of a threaded fastener (bolt/nut), protect mating surfaces from damage, and prevent loosening under vibration. Manufactured from carbon steel, stainless steel (A2/A4), and alloy steel. Available in metric (M2–M100) and imperial (inch) sizes. Compliant with DIN 125, ISO 7089/7090, ASME B18.22.1, and ASTM F436. Surface finishes include plain, zinc plated, hot-dip galvanized, black oxide, and Dacromet. Ideal for general machinery, automotive assembly, construction, and heavy equipment industries.
